Mikhail Mizintsev was a Russian Army Colonel-General who served as Director of the Russian National Center for Defense Management during the Russo-Ukrainian War. During the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, he presided over Russia's (non-)compliance with the humanitarian corridors which were opened for the city of Mariupol during the siege of that city.
