Mikhail Larionovitch Mikhailov (4 January 1829-3 August 1865) was a Russian poet, translator, and revolutionary politician who was one of the main leaders of the democratic movement in the Russian Empire during the mid-19th century.

Mikhail Larionovitch Mikhailov was born on 4 January 1829 in Ufa, Russian Empire, the son of a Russian mining official and a Kyrgyz princess. He would become a prominent figure in the revolutionary underground of Russia, writing pamphlets and distributing revolutionary leaflets. In 1862, he was exiled to Siberia and sent to work in a gold mine for six years, organizing a school for workers' children while he was in prison. He died in Kada in 1865 at the young age of 36.
