Mike Sweeney (1844-29, January 1901) was an outlaw who was active during the Wild Westera. On January 29th, 1901, Mike Sweeney was involved in the 1901 Carson City Saloon Shootout, where he was killed by his old rival John Bernard Books, who killed Mike's brother Albert some years before.
