Michael "Mike" Logan (born 1954) is a retired American homicide detective with the New York Police Department. One of the top detectives, Logan was responsible for arresting many criminals who would be successfully convicted of their crimes.
In 1995, after punching councilman Kevin Crossley for his murder of Richard Durban, Logan was transferred to Staten Island as a form of exile without outright firing him. Logan later transferred to the Major Case Squad, retiring in 2008.
