Mergen Hutagt (died November 1274) was a Mongol officer in the service of the Yuan dynasty during the 13th century. In 1274, during the First Mongol invasion of Japan, he led a party of foragers into Komoda Town and burned the village down, slaughtering its inhabitants. He later barged into a house and forced the woman Yuna to lead him to a bowl of rice, only for Yuna to ambush him and stab him dead as he looked for food.
