Memnet (?-1491 BC) was the servant of Egyptian princess Bithiah. In 1571 BC, she reluctantly agreed to help Bithiah take care of the Israelite baby Moses, and, years later, she revealed to princess Nefertari that Moses was, in fact, the son of Jewish slaves. Nefertari responded by killing Memnet with pottery to prevent her from releasing the secret, and she then told Moses about his true parents.
