Melezio Bussone (1475 - 30 June 1501) was a Papal soldier. In 1501, he was sent to guard Pope Alexander VI and his family at the Castel Sant'Angelo in Rome, and he was killed when Ezio Auditore da Firenze infiltrated the castle to rescue Caterina Sforza.
