The Mecklenburg Inn, known locally as "the Meck", is a historic building and pub located on East German Street in Shepherdstown, West Virginia. Built in 1793, the building was a stately residence until the 1850s, and military hero John F. Hamtramck lived in the house for a time; the building later became a business address before becoming part of Shepherdstown's tradition of inns and taverns.
