Mayor Sokal of Otaybah (1225-) was a noble of the Qutuzid Sultanate.
Biography[]
Sokal was born in 1225 to a family of Sunni Muslim Cumans, and he became the Mayor of Otaybah in northern Syria, under the rule of the Qutuzid Sultanate. In 1266, Otaybah was conquered by the Ilkhanate, and Sokal failed to defend the city. However, he evaded capture.
