
Mayor Bilal of Malia (17 April 837-17 June 889) was a commander and noble of the Emirate of Crete during the 9th century AD. He came to the court of Salim Iqritishi on 15 July 874 to offer his services as a general, and, on 1 January 875, Salim gave him the city of Malia as a fief. He died of great pox on 17 June 889 at the age of 52.
