Maxime Hauchard (1992-15 March 2018) was an Islamic State executioner from France.
Biography[]
Maxime Hauchard was born in 1992 in Normandy, France, and he converted to Islam at some point in his adolescence. Hauchard traveled to Syria to join the Islamic State terrorist group during the Syrian Civil War in 2014, and he appeared in beheading videos with Jihadi John, Abdelmajid Gharmaoui, Michael Dos Santos, and a national of the Philippines. On 16 April 2016, he tweeted that Brazil would be the next target of the terrorist group, possibly coinciding with the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.On 15 March 2018,Maxime Hauchard was killed in an airstrike.
