Matsuyo Arakawa

Matsuyo Arakawa (born 1968) was a Japanese hooligan who was affiliated with Yocchan Okagami's street gang in Kabukicho, Tokyo during the 1980s. On the night of 9 December 1988, he and the other members of the gang were beaten down by the yakuza Kazuma Kiryu when he intervened to stop them from bullying Arinori Ishihara in an alleyway.
