Masayuki Yokoyama was the Chief of the Air Force of Manchukuo under Emperor Puyi in the 1930s. Born in Japan, Yokoyama was one of the Japanese military men who advised Emperor Puyi, and he led the nonexistent Manchukuo Air Force during the Second Sino-Japanese War and World War II.
