
Marylebone is a neighborhood in the West End of London, England, located within Westminster. It is bounded by Oxford Street to the south Marylebone Road to the north, Edgware Road to the west, and Great Portland Street to the east, and it is named for the "St. Mary at the Bourne" church, which was built in 1817. From 1918 to 1983, Marylebone was a Parliament constituency, and it was a borough until it was merged into Westminster in 1965.
