Martin "Marty" Jay Williams (1941-1984) was an American crime boss from Miami, Florida who led the Trailer Park Mafia during the 1980s. He was murdered by his employee Victor Vance in 1984.

Marty Jay WilIiams was born in Miami, Florida in 1941 to a poor white family, and he lived in a trailer park in the center of the city. Williams became a local crime boss as the head of the Trailer Park Mafia, a gang of fellow poor whites who were involved in loan sharking, protection rackets, and prostitution. In 1984, Williams' brother-in-law Phil Cassidy introduced him to Victor Vance, a former soldier who was seeking criminal employment. Vance and Williams did several smalls jobs together before Vance became tired of Williams' abusive behavior towards his wife Louise and daughter Mary-Beth, and Vance killed Williams after he attempted to kidnap his wife and daughter. Vance then took over Williams' operations and formed the Vance crime family.
