Marsilio Albicio (died 14 April 1478) was a Pazzi mercenary commander. In 1478, he was one of the mercenaries placed under the command of Vieri de Pazzi, and he assisted with the defense of San Gimignano. In 1478, he was killed during the Battle of San Gimignano after warning Vieri of the attack by the House of Auditore's mercenaries.
