Mark "B-Dup" Wayne was an African-American drug dealer who betrayed the Grove Street Families to become a Ballas-affiliated crack dealer.

Mark Wayne used to be a member of the Grove Street Families gang from Compton, California, but he betrayed the GSF to become a crack dealer. He took Barry Thorne (better known as "Big Bear") as his drug-addicted slave, forcing him to clean his toilet and perform various chores. In 1992, he told Sweet Johnson and Carl Johnson to leave his house when they asked him if he wanted to help in fighting off the Ballas, as the Ballas trafficked crack cocaine into the city for Wayne to sell. In April 1992, he moved to a new home in Kilo Tray Ballas turf in Echo Park, where CJ and Sweet dropped by after taking over Echo Park from the Ballas. Wayne called Big Smoke his boss, confirming his betrayal, and Wayne told Big Bear to attack CJ and Sweet. However, Big Bear decided to punch Wayne in the face and stop serving him, and CJ and Sweet took him to rehab, leaving Wayne alone and without support.
