Mark Scott Brumbaugh (1859-1898) was an American outlaw affiliated with the Skinner Brothers gang of the Wild West. In 1898, he and several of his fellow outlaws were gunned down in a shootout with the Arizona Kid and Little Pete at Cumberland Falls in Clear Creek County, Colorado.
