Mark Andrews (19 May 1926-3 October 2020) was a member of the US House of Representatives (R-ND 1) from 22 October 1963 to 3 January 1973 (succeeding Hjalmar Nygaard) and from the at-large district from 3 January 1973 to 3 January 1981 (preceding Byron Dorgan), and a US Senator from 3 January 1981 to 3 January 1987 (succeeding Milton Young and preceding Kent Conrad).

Mark Andrews was born in Cass County, North Dakota in 1926, and he worked as a farmer in the Red River Valley before joining farmers organizations and becoming a Republican politician during the 1960s. Despite a failed 1962 gubernatorial bid, he served in the US House of Representatives from 1963 to 1981 and in the US Senate from 1981 to 1987. He was the last Republican to represent North Dakota in the US Congress until 2010, and he died in 2020 at the age of 94.
