Marcus Jensen

Marcus Jensen (11 November 1989-) was a Surinamese-American scientist who worked as the Santa Blanca Cartel's assistant head chemist under Katrine Svendsen.

Biography[]

Marcus Jensen was born in Paramaribo, Suriname in 1989, and he was raised in the United States. Jensen proved to be extremely intelligent, graduating with a degree in chemistry despite being unpopular among his classmates for his awkwardness and his amorality. Shortly after graduation, he was recruited by the Santa Blanca Cartel, having been duped into believing that he was joining a large chemical company. Personally vetted by head chemist Katrine Svendsen, he grew impressed with her creative usage of chemistry that significantly increased the potency levels of the cartel's cocaine, and he became Svendsen's right-hand man from his base in Bolivia's Libertad department. He also taught potential sicarios with scientific backgrounds at the province's chemical institute, instructing them on how to produce a variety of drugs.

Marcus Jensen being captured

Jensen's capture

In 2019, during Operation Kingslayer, United States special forces targeted his drug production operation in Libertad. Jensen was ambushed by Ghost Recon at Libertad City's witch market and was easily captured, and he was taken to CIA agent Karen Bowman for torture. Jensen called his captors "fascists" and protested that he was an American citizen, but Bowman bluffed by ordering Major Anthony Perryman to execute Jensen. A frightened Jensen caved to Bowman's demands and agreed to provide her with his drug formula, after which he was sent back to the United States to face detention.
