Marcus Artorius Ventor

Marcus Artorius Ventor (76-38 BC) was a Roman Army legionary who served in Marcus Aemilius Lepidus' Legio III Apollinaris in North Africa during the 1st century BC. In 38 BC, he was slain in battle with Octavian's Legio I Alaudae at the Battle of Thinisa in present-day Algeria.
