Marco Forelli (1947-1992) was the Don of the Forelli crime family from late 1986 to 1992, succeeding Sonny Forelli and preceding Franco Forelli.

Biography[]

Marco Forelli (1947-1992) was the brother of Sonny Forelli and Franco Forelli, and he took over the Forelli crime family of Liberty City, New York City when Sonny was killed by Tommy Vercetti in Vice City, Miami in 1986. Marco agreed to a partnership with Salvatore Leone and Paulie Sindacco to manage the Caligula's Palace casino in Las Vegas in 1992, paying a $5,000,000 investment and getting a cut of the action. However, he attempted to have Sindacco's son Johnny Sindacco killed after he was injured in a car accident, leading to war with the Sindaccos and the Leones. Leone had his ally Carl Johnson whack Forelli's hitmen as they headed to the city on a plane, and he then sent CJ to New York City to kill Forelli. CJ crashed a private function at Marco's Bistro in Brooklyn and cornered and killed Forelli before escaping, weakening the Forelli family.
