Manny Forcella (born 1933) was a Democratic New Orleans city councilman during the 1960s. By 1968, he had left the City Council and become Frankie Bernard's inside man in city hall, serving as a blackmail courier. That same year, Lincoln Clay interrogated Forcella and recruited him into the Black Mob as an associate.
