Manfredi Anacleti

Manfredi Anacleti was an Italian Romani crime boss who led the Anacleti clan in Rome during the 2000s.

Biography[]

Manfredi Anacleti was born in Rome, Lazio, Italy, the son of Adelaide Anacleti, the brother of Spadino Anacleti, and the cousin of Boris Anacleti. Manfredi became the boss of a Romani crime syndicate which was active in the Roman suburbs, involving his family in his affairs; his relative Aldo Anacleti served as his right-hand man. In 2008, he provoked an angry confrontation with the Mafia Capitale boss Samurai at his brother's wedding ceremony after Samurai found out that Anacleti's organization was attempting to expand onto territory run by the Adami syndicate, and Samurai warned Anacleti against attempting to start a war, assuring him that he would lose. However, he agreed to arrange for the Adamis to pay restitution for punching Manfredi's cousin Boris in the nose.

Manfredi grew concerned when Boris went missing that night, and he had one of his men search for Boris as he straightened out his brother's issues with his engagement to Angelica Sale. The next night, Manfredi's lieutenant reported that Boris was found under a viaduct in Eur, and that he was bashed to an unrecognizable pulp. As a result, Anacleti ordered an assassination attempt on Aureliano Adami which nearly resulted in war breaking out between the Anacletis and Adami clan of Ostia. After the mysterious murder of Tullio Adami and the marriage of Spadino to Angelica Sale, Manfredi persuaded his new ally Vincenzo Sale to provide him with men to chip away at the Adami clan's businesses, expanding the Romani underworld's reach.
