Biography[]
Malcolm Wallace was a minor noble from the Kingdom of Scotland, owning his own farm where he raised his sons John Wallace and William Wallace. In 1280, Malcolm was one of the men who wanted to fight against the Kingdom of England, while many other local Scotsmen wanted to parley with King Edward the Longshanks instead. Malcolm found out that they had all been hung in MacAndrews' barn, including their pages. Malcolm and the others fought against the English, but both Malcolm and John were killed in the war. His son William would go on to lead the 1296-1305 rebellion against Edward that won several victories.
