Macsen ap Ioan

Macsen ap Ioan (born 335) was a Romano-British chieftain who lived near York during the 4th century AD. He fathered Cenwyn ap Macsen and Alys verch Macsen, and, in 390, his daughter married the Western Roman officer Titus Marcellinus.
