Ma Zhiqiang (born 1966) was a Chinese criminal who lived in Dotonbori, Osaka during the 1980s. He worked for the forger Fan Peng at his secret office, and, on 15 December 1988, he and Fan's two other employees interrogated the young Japanese man Suzu Wakatsuki when he came to the office at Fan's indirect invitation (through Goro Majima), as he and the other employees had not been told of his invitation, and said that nobody was allowed into the office. However, Majima arrived in the nick of time and beat down the three Chinese men before they could harm Wakatsuki, and Fan arrived shortly after, explained the situation to his men, and had them work on crafting Wakatsuki a forged necklace after they apologized to Majima.
