MC Clip

Curtis Cray (died 2013), better known by his stage name MC Clip, was a Los Angeles rapper who was killed during a shootout between The Families and Ballas in 2013.

Biography[]

Curtis Cray was born in Los Angeles, California to a poor African-American family, and he grew up in the ghetto. Cray later became a rapper, using the stage name "MC Clip". By 2013, he had released three albums, and he was seen as a "fake rapper" by many people due to his arrogance; he believed that he could stop war with his tracks. One day, he decided to film a music video with several bikini-clad girls along the LA River, keeping jetskis in the background as props. His video was interrupted by the arrival of Trevor Philips, Franklin Clinton, and Lamar Davis, who were fleeing from a shootout with the Ballas and the LAPD on Grove Street. The psychopathic Philips shot Clip in the leg while fleeing on a jetski, mortally wounding him.
