The Lutfi Sadeh Brigade was a Salafi Islamist rebel organization affiliated with the al-Nusra Front during the Syrian Civil War.

The brigade was founded on 13 September 2014 by Lutfi Sadeh, a fighter of the al-Nusra Front who sought to establish a branch of the organization in Hama Governorate. As an affiliate of al-Qaeda's branch in Syria, the brigade was a jihadist rebel organization that sought to make Syria into an Islamic state under Salafi Islamism. The brigade was responsible for the execution of five secularist Free Syrian Army rebels in December 2014, and they also publicized their killings of Syrian Arab Army soldiers. The brigade was one of the extremist groups that was targeted by the United States during its aerial campaign in Syria and Iraq from September 2014 onwards, and Lutfi Sadeh's successor (following his death in battle with the SAA) Hakam Siddiqui was killed in an airstrike by the USAF on 8 October 2015. The brigade consisted of around 150 people.
