
Luo Yin (died 291 AD) was a Jin officer who commanded the garrison of Lanling in Pengcheng Commandery during the late 3rd century AD. He was loyal to Sima Zhi during the War of the Eight Princes, and he commanded the garrison during the Battle of Lanling. Luo Yin led his army in an assault on Sima Yue's army atop a hill, only to be slain during his army's destruction
