Luigi "Hands" Bonetti was an Italian-American mobster and a soldato of New York City's Tattaglia crime family. He controlled the Chinaware Warehouse and its liquor racket, and he acquired the nickname "Hands" for sampling his alcoholic merchandise. In 1945, Corleone crime family associate Aldo Trapani forced Bonetti to pay tribute to the Corleones instead of the Tattaglias.
