The Luba are a Central African ethnic group native to the Democratic Republic of the Congo's south-central parts, with the Luba having a world population of 7,000,000. Most Luba live in the Katanga, Kasai, and Maniema regions of Congo-Kinshasa, and most of them adhere to Christianity or animism.
