Biography[]
Early life[]
Louisa Cain was born in 1979 in Phoenix, Arizona. She eventually became a police officer in the Phoenix Police Department, joining the narcotics division. Cain posed as a stripper named Candy Cain for six months while taking down a cartel boss based in Phoenix. She was eventually tapped to join the ICA as part of its new wetwork team known as the Saints.
ICA service and death[]
On 11 February 2013, Cain and the Saints were deployed to Hope, South Dakota to assassinate the rogue agent 47 at the Waikiki Inn. After the leader, LaSandra Dixon, fired an RPG at the facade of the Inn, Cain patrolled the cornfield near the inn. However, she was killed when 47 garroted her from behind.
After 47 escaped the Inn and killed the entirety of the Saints, the entire incident was covered up by the ICA as a whole, with the RPG explosion supposedly caused by a gas leak and the bodies being taken and burnt.
