Illuminato "Lou" Zanni (1983-2008) was an Ancelotti crime family enforcer who was killed in the Inwood salvage yard bombing in 2008.

Lou Zanni was born in New York City, New York to an Italian family in 1983, and he was recruited into the American Mafia at a young age. He became an enforcer for the Ancelotti crime family, and he was one of Anthony Spoleto's bodyguards; he guarded Spoleto when he arrived at the Inwood salvage yard to meet with other mobsters. Zanni was killed by Niko Bellic in the Inwood salvage yard bombing.
