Lou Boca was an Italian-American sanitation worker and associate of the Lucchese crime family of New York City.

Biography[]

Lou Boca was born in New York City, New York to a family of Italian immigrants; he was the brother of Salvatore Boca, who would go on to become a caporegime in the Lucchese crime family. He served time in prison for assault and robbery convictions, and, after his release, Lou became a trainee at the Sanitation School on Wards Island. In 1971, he was rearrested for being an accessory to the handoff of French crime boss Alain Charnier's heroin shipment to his brother and the American Mafia on Wards Island, but he ultimately received a reduced sentence.
