The Lothrop Mansion is a historic home located at 2001 Connecticut Avenue in the Kalorama neighborhood of Washington DC. The home was built in 1908 for a cofounder of Woodward & Lothrop, and the Soviet government purchased the building in 1942. The Lothrop Mansion housed the USSR Trade Representative until the dissolution of the Soviet Union, and it housed the Russian trade representative until 2017.
