Lot Clark (23 May 1788-18 December 1862) was a member of the US House of Representatives (D-NY 21) from 4 March 1823 to 3 March 1825, succeeding Elijah Spencer and preceding Elias Whitmore. Born in Hillsdale and raised in Otsego County, he practiced law in Norwich before serving as Chenango County district attorney from 1822 to 1823 and from 1828 to 1829, as a congressman from 1823 to 1825, as a postmaster from 1825 to 1828, as a lawyer in Lockport, and as a State Assemblyman from Buffalo in 1846. He died in 1862.
