Los Mazatlecos was a Mexican drug cartel which served as the enforcement wing of the Beltran Leyva Cartel until the cartel's dissolution in 2014. It was named for its founding location of Mazatlan, Sinaloa, and it became one of the largest gangs within the Beltran Leyva organization and was responsible for numerous deaths and kidnappings in the Sinaloa and Durango area during the Mexican Drug War. Following the collapse of the main cartel in 2014, Fausto Isidro Meza Flores continued to lead Los Mazatlecos as an independent gang, which allied with Los Zetas against Sinaloa, Los Antrax, and the Gulf Cartel.
