Lord Sharif (died 1117 BC) was a Philistine nobleman who served as a general of the Saran of Gaza. By 1136 BC, he commanded 600 heavy chariots, 100 light chariots, 500 dromedaries, 2,000 horsemen, 3,000 heavy-armored spearmen of the elite, and 8,000 levy spearmen. He and the other Philistine leaders were killed when Samson brought down the Temple of Dagon.
