Lopo Martinez (1080-) was a Castilian nobleman. He married Princess Urraca el Valiente, the daughter of King Alfonso VI of Castile, in 1096 at the age of 16; she was much older.

Martinez was an eligible suitor for Princess Urraca el Valiente, the daughter of King Alfonso VI of Castile, as he was a Castilian nobleman with many merits. Although he had no chivalry, he was loyal, slightly pious, and a mediocre field commander, and he was accepted as her husband.
