Lloyd Russell-Moyle (born 14 September 1966) was the Labour MP for Brighton Kemptown from 8 June 2017 to 30 May 2024, succeeding Simon Kirby and preceding Chris Ward.

Lloyd Russell-Moyle was born in Brighton, England on 14 September 1966, and he worked in several youth organizations before entering politics with the Labour Party. He served on the Brighton and Hove City Council from 2016 to 2017, and he was selected to Parliament in 2017 as the Labour MP for Brighton Kemptown.
