
Li Sheng (?-249) was an official of Wei and a close adviser of Cao Shuang.
Biography[]
When Cao Shuang's rival Sima Yi claimed illness and gave up his position, Cao Shuang sent him to try to determine Sima Yi's real intentions. However, he was unable to see through Sima Yi's act and left believing Sima Yi only had a short time to live. A relieved Cao Shuang went hunting, allowing Sima Yi the chance to regan his place. Li Sheng was later caught and executed.
