Lewis Eaton (17 February 1790-22 August 1857) was a member of the US House of Representatives (D-NY 12) from 4 March 1823 to 3 March 1825, succeeding Nathaniel Pitcher and Reuben H. Walworth and preceding William Dietz. He worked as a farmer before serving as Duanesburg's supervisor from 1819 to 1820, as Schenectady County sheriff from 1821 to 1822, in Congress, and in the State Senate from 1829 to 1832. He relocated to Buffalo in the late 1830s and became a lumber dealer and bank president, and he served as a Whig presidential elector in 1840.
