
Lewis Bigelow (18 August 1785-2 October 1838) was a member of the US House of Representatives (F-MA 12) from 4 March 1821 to 3 March 1823, succeeding Jonas Kendall and preceding Francis Baylies. Born in Petersham, he practiced law before serving in the state senate from 1819 to 1821 and in Congress from 1821 to 1823. He later moved to Peoria and served as a ferry operator and justice of the peace, and he died in 1838.
