Biography[]
Levin White graduated from Ferrum College in 1989 with a bachelors degree in International Relations, later earning a Masters Certificate in Public Management from Virginia Commonwealth University., He is affiliated with the American Legion and the Assemblies of God. He joined the Richmond Police Department in 1990 and fought drug dealers and solved violent murders in Richmond, He worked undercover for the Richmond Police Organized Crime and Homicide Division, managed over 225 death investigations (in which more than 80 were violent homicides) and served as a SWAT operator. He served as a Special Agent with the Commonwealth of Virginia, Office of Inspectors General where he was a lead case agent in a national recovery of fraudulent clams of over $123million to the Federal government . In 2020, he received the Federal Inspectors General (CIGIE) team award -USDA. He ran for Goochland County Sheriff as an INDEPENDENT REPUBLICAN receiving the democratic party endorsement. His opponents claimed he trespassed on private property while installing a campaign sign on the roadside. He was charged with a misdemeanor by his opponent but the case was dismissed resulting in the loss in the political campaign.. He continued his successful law enforcement career using his experience supporting law enforcement and National Security training for multiple federal agencies.
