Leonio Ciliberto (1443-1511) was a cardinal of the Papal States.

Leonio Ciliberto was born in Valnerina in Umbria, Italy, and became a cardinal of the Papal States. Ciliberto was a supporter of the Borgia and paid large sums of money to support Cesare Borgia's Romagna and Tuscany campaigns and Leonardo Da Vinci's Flying Machine bomber program.
