Leon Spigarelli was born in New York City, New York in 1972 to a family of Italian descent, and he became an associate of the Ancelotti crime family. Spigarelli was involved in the drug trade, and he met with Pavano crime family associates at the Honkers Gentlemen's Club in Elizabeth, New Jersey in 2008 to sell them some marijuana. However, the drug deal was crashed by Luis Fernando Lopez, Armando Torres, and Henrique Bardas, and Spigarelli was killed in the ensuing shootout.x
