Leo Roche

Leo Roche was an American policeman who served in the San Francisco Police Department during the Tong Wars of the 1870s. In 1878, he witnessed sergeant Bill O'Hara and officer Richard Lee's fight at the police station after Lee confronted O'Hara about framing the murder of Victor Timmons on the Fung Tai Tong and O'Hara asked him about how he could kill his own kin (referencing his murder of his cousins, for which he was wanted in Georgia).
