
Lei Xu (died 197) was a general of Zhang Xiu who aided in the fight against Cao Cao.
Biography[]
In 197 AD, Cao Cao was attacked by Lei Xu's lord Zhang Xiu in Wancheng in an ambush after a clash outside the castle walls, and in 198 AD Lei Xu and Zhang Xian were sent out of the castle to oppose Cao Cao's army when they arrived at Wancheng to seize the city. Xu Chu slew Zhang Xian in three bouts, and Lei Xu was also defeated, slain by Cao Cao himself during his fight for the right drawbridge to the south of Wancheng, during which Cao Cao also defeated Han Xian.
