Legio IV Victrix was a Roman legion which was loyal to the Gallic Empire during the Crisis of the Third Century. It was raised by Titus Oranius, a patrician who became an army commander during the war, and it took part in the Gallic Roman invasions of Italy in 271 AD. The legion conquered Mediolanium, but it was destroyed when Legio I Dacica recaptured the city.
